D2L Issues

  • I've forgotten my username, password, or both.

    We have a utility for resetting your password. This utility can often be helpful in finding your username as well. Please click here to view some quick instructions on how to use this tool.

    If you are still unable to gain access to D2L, return here and complete a Request for Technical Assistance.

  • I'm having a problem with content (quizzes, documents, assignments) in my D2L course.

    Your first point of contact for these types of problems is your instructor. Check his or her syllabus for contact information, or click here for the faculty search feature on the OWC website if you can't locate that information.

    If your instructor determines that this is a problem with your computer, not virtual classroom content, return here and complete a Request for Technical Assistance.
