Outages and Slow Downs

Recurring System Maintenance - Takes place nightly between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 6:30 a.m., possibly resulting in some slowdown in D2L performance.

If you experience problems at times other than those listed here, check this page or the main page for announcements regarding the downtime. To report problems accessing the system when no announcements regarding scheduled maintenance are present, please contact the IT Helpdesk during regular office hours at 850-729-5396. After hours, please complete a Tech Support Request form.
